AutoShip Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Nurvie AutoShip Program (the “AutoShip Program”), which is governed by these Terms & Conditions (the “AutoShip Terms”), alongside the Nurvie Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) and the Nurvie Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). Together, these documents form the entire agreement between you and Nurvie ("Nurvie") regarding the AutoShip Program.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC, THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE AUTOSHIP PROGRAM INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER. These provisions mandate individual arbitration to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions. By enrolling in the AutoShip Program, you and Nurvie agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any rights to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. More details can be found in the Terms of Service.

By placing an order and enrolling in the AutoShip Program, you accept these AutoShip Terms and agree to abide by them, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, including the mandatory arbitration provision. Please review all terms and policies carefully.

Joining the AutoShip Program
Enrollment in the AutoShip Program means you agree to receive ongoing shipments of specified items at chosen intervals until you cancel. To enroll, you must have a Nurvie account. Create one following the instructions on the Nurvie website. Enrollment is limited to the authorized email account holder of the email address registered with the Nurvie account. The AutoShip Program is available in the United States and Canada. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Benefits of the AutoShip Program
You may receive a discount on initial and future AutoShip orders. Specific promotions apply only during their effective dates. Nurvie reserves the right to modify AutoShip benefits, including discount rates and promotions. Changes in item prices, taxes, availability, or shipping costs may occur over time, but Nurvie will honor prices and discounts confirmed via email for each order.

Order Process
Your first order will be processed immediately upon enrollment, and your payment method charged. Subsequent orders are automatically scheduled according to your selected frequency and will continue until you modify or cancel your enrollment. Reminder emails are sent before each order, and you can edit, skip, or cancel up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order date.

Credit Card Authorizations and Charges
By joining the AutoShip Program, you authorize Nurvie to charge the provided payment method at the established frequency. Changes to your payment method need to be made 24 hours before the next order. Charges apply only when orders are shipped, and you will receive confirmation emails for each transaction.

Making Changes and Cancellation
You can manage your AutoShip settings, including shipping address, payment method, order frequency, or cancelation by accessing the AutoShip section of your account. Cancellations can be made any time via your account and will take effect immediately but won't affect orders processed within 24 hours of the change.

Notifications and Changes to AutoShip Terms
Nurvie may send notifications regarding your account and significant updates to the AutoShip Program, including discontinuation or stock issues of items. Nurvie reserves the right to modify these AutoShip Terms at any time.

Miscellaneous Terms
The AutoShip Program is governed by the laws of California and is subject to changes by Nurvie. Participation is non-transferable, and all related transactions are governed by Nurvie's Return Policy.
